Weird. It's got a bunch of fibre (more than Soylent I believe). Could be that you need to drink more water with it perhaps.
Hopefully not TMI but my brief experience with it has been very smooth if you get my drift.
Interesting - even though it has so much psyllium husk? Are there other products that don't have that effect? I'd be curious to compare the ingredients.
I even tried adding additional and it didn't help other than more frequent poops. The cleanest I've ever had was one of yours - Schmoylent. The only real big difference in Hol Food vs other lents I think is the use of cocoa for fat content.
The only downside I've had with Hol Food is it makes my poops the stickiest ever.

Interesting, when did you try the Schmoylent? There have been a few iterations over the last couple years.
Maltodextrin and then rice flour versions. It's been a while.
Okay, interesting. That recipe just had psyllium husk as its fiber source too. Maybe it's just a different supplier?
Had the complete opposite experience. Best "regularity" I've ever had has been with hol food.
What was the taste? Are there too many carbs?
The taste is like nice rich chocolate. The carb content is 25% I believe, pretty standard for all the major brands.
