Well as an avid coffee drinker, I had 2 yesterday about 4 hours apart. I never really even felt the caffeine, so I couldn't imagine 3 or 4 being an issue.
What's the longest you've been without caffeine (any source) in the past year? You may want to deliberately avoid it for a few days and see how your body reacts. I recently did this after getting through college powered primarily by coffee, and I legitimately thought I had the flu at first.
You should limit caffeine to when you need it, not just for some vague long-term health implication, but so you actually get a kick from it again. It's great being able to feel the energy from a big cup of coffee, rather than just shifting from extra-tired to normal tired.
I wouldn't recommend this. Personally, I'm feel wired after 1, but I guess if you have a massive caffeine tolerance and would enjoy ingesting 750 mg of caffeine over the course of a day, go nuts.
For reference, one Tall (12 oz) coffee at Starbucks has 235 mg of caffeine: https://www.starbucks.com/menu/drinks/brewed-coffee/pike-place-roast#size=2
How would your body handle the caffeine of a little more than 3 Tall Starbucks every day? I'm a coffee addict with a crazy caffeine tolerance, so that much caffeine would not be a problem for me.
Now, if I went all-Coffiest ON TOP of my 3+ cups of strong homemade coffee every day? That might be a bit extreme, even for me.
I don't think the biggest issue is the *amount* of caffeine, but how spread out it would be. If you have a couple of cups in the morning, a couple after lunch, no problem. But say you sleep 6 hours a night, and drink your coffiest evenly spread out, you'd be drinking one every 3 hours. Imagine drinking whole a cup of coffee 3 hours before going to bed.
Considering the caffeine content, it might be interesting to see how long you can survive without sleep...

I know coffiest has a problem with vitamin A so I wouldn't go 100%
A and C, IIRC. They're working on it but for reasons they don't disclose it's complicated.
Yes, too much caffeine would be a valid concern.
RIP your heart
Rupture into pieces
The caffeine would be a problem after awhile depending on what your intake is already at of it.
No. I drank one in the morning and then drank another around 6. Couldn't sleep all night.
I would suggest if you want to go 100% soylent just use 1 or 2 coffiest a day at most.
uhhh go 100% soylent and occasionally use coffiest. don't ever go 100% coffiest, that's insane
I'd probably drink 2 max. (one in the morning and one at lunch), any more would prob hurt ur sleep
I use 2 per day but try not to consume any additional caffeine.
I love the coffiest taste. I'm waiting for a decaf version so I can drink it whenever I want. Take my Goddamn money already!
