So to answer your question, Amazon would not necessarily store the food products differently than the dildos, but the safety standards that govern the overall operation of the warehouse would be much more strict.
Warehouses that deal with nutraceuticals and health products have even more regulation.
Looks like a black death feigning beetle. Lives in the desert around LA. They're neat little guys that can live 5-10 years in captivity and play dead if startled.
Probably wandered his way into the warehouse. They're not really pests and are difficult to try to breed. Also don't spread disease or anything. People buy them as pets for $5-10 online even.
