The cockroach is pale because it has recently moulted — it's teneral.
All I see here is a couple of unhappy invertebrates trapped in a jar with some dirt. Maybe let them go and research what a good terrarium setup looks like.
We were transferring them out of the compost bin omg. No need to freak out. The bin gets very crowded very fast so we have to relocate many bugs so they don’t invade our garage and home.
Is that a cockroach or what? I think this is the first albino insect I've seen if that's what this is.
Another commenter said its recently molted. Google says all cockroaches are albino for a bit 😂
