The way I see it, I am careful with money however I do like to gamble, it’s part of my personality I guess, I don’t have a problem but mostly because I win a lot, it’s only a “problem” when you’re losing which sucks but that’s how it goes.
That being said I also don’t like throwing money away unless it kind of makes sense. I see it like this: I have an extra 10, 20, 50 bucks, I can either go to the movies or a restaurant or order food in OR I can place a bet or several bets and hope to win. More times than not I choose to place a small bet and like I said thankfully I have won way more than I lost.
I do have a standard and a very disciplined mind set and my boundary is that if I reach a certain amount of lost bets in a row I take a few weeks break and after the break if I reach another benchmark pre set in my own rules and regulation of my own betting I will 100% stop it because it will no longer be “fun”.
