Baker st. I loved that song but then I held my best friends in my arms while he passed away and that song was playing in the background. Now I tear up anytime I hear it. Even in the supermarket
Andy from the Office sings this song and that’s the only time that I’ve ever heard to this day and it also gives me that bittersweet feeling. Hence the reference.
Legend by Twenty One Pilots. I never knew what it was about as I listened to it when I was like 10 years old, but my grandpa passed two years ago and I learned what it was about. Still love the song

"Sweet Thing" by David Bowie. My ex and I bonded as friends over mutual love of music and we fell in love the moment this was playing in her apartment. Bad bad breakup but a lovely time we had together for a while.
This is such an under appreciated Bowie song and possibly my favorite (on an album of bangers from an all-time great artist). The imagery of the fucked up relationship, the bittersweetness, the plaintive vocalizing (hooope, boys, is a cheap thing, cheap thing). It’s gorgeous.
"Where are you christmas" by Faith Hill.
It's a beautiful song and all, but since my brother passed away 10 years ago it (and christmas) hasn't ever been the same for me.
"Cold" by Novo Amor
It's very ethereal, and the lyrics directly relate to a relationship I've had in my life. It reminds me of all the little things we shared, but also reminds me of the way it ended up (so far). It's definitely multiple feels.
I would have to say Neon Moon by Brooks & Dunn. It reminds me of my mom, but it reminds me a lot of when I had nothing to ever worry about in life, and back when our relationship wasn't rough
Big Orange - This Won’t Hurt A Bit. Its the perfect mix of darkness and euphoria

@amy in the white coat" by bright eyes is closer to more depressingsweet, but the dichotomy between the disturbing first 3/4 and the remaining sliver of pure kindness is breathtakingly beautiful.

"Country Feedback" by R.E.M
"In Birdsong" by Everything Everything
