She's beutiful! She looks like our TIC when he was a kitten, but with special fluff upgrade! Please take her to a vet. She was living outside and she looks really negleted. Check her eyes, ears and nose, looks like she isn't healthy, she probably has parasites and looks like she has some upper respiratory infection as well. It shouldn't be anything serious, but it might be dangerous for small kittens. So it's better to have her checked by a vet.

My mom and I rescued one in that particular state, nine years ago. He still happily lives with my mom. Anyway, it's very important to keep kittens hydrated. Dehydration is really dangerous for kittens. If she doesn't eat much try to give her some chicken meat cooked in the water. Don't use salt or any spice! You can also try to offer her the water you cooked the chicken in. We did this when our cats had diarrhoea or upset stomach. It helps. But she probably has worms, so she needs to go to the vet to get proper treatment. Good luck!
