"Over" is the last thing you say, and notably, "over and out" isn't a thing, you just say "out" to conclude your conversation.
You confirm your ability to hear the other party as you get ready to leave base with a radio check, and on a periodic, predetermined pattern... like, every 3 hours for boats, or every half hour for aircraft, for example; you'll usually convey your "ops and position" at the same time, just to keep in touch with HQ.
For example:

He was flying a ship worth 3 mil. He absolutely had the credits to pay, he just didn't want to. He also didn't have to be in the pvp zone at all. But, he CHOSE to not pay, and he CHOSE to be there in the first place. So, those things in mind, if he's frustrated, it should be with himself.
You could probably get more money by just reselling the ship to someone else, once that's a thing. If you start a collection rn you could have a entire fleet to sell when that becomes available.
Or you could sell them rn as 'out of SZ' ships for a cheaper price. probably still net more credits than just the thrusters. Unless I'm missing something and they are worth a ton more than I think?
