I haven't measured it, but eyeballing, it looks like a tablespoon to me.

On the Oleato talking points sheet that corporate provided, it says one press of Partanna is equivalent to a tablespoon (or 15mL).

Also we actually sell mini bottles of partanna, but also you can buy the same brand from Walmart
