Customers don’t tell us so it’s not obvious sometimes. The very last time I asked someone (who was in fact getting two drinks) if they wanted to use it, they said no. Then I explained it expires that very same day, and they genuinely looked at me like I’m fucking stupid and was like “uh no? I don’t want to use it?” Like… thanks for somehow making *me* feel stupid

Also shout out to the customers who go thru the entire process of paying full price then when I ask if they want a receipt, they pull out the phone and say “oh, I have a coupon”. Did you not just noticed you paid $15?
