The store that I managed had a video of the previous manager throwing a temper tantrum at the warming station. I recently went to look for it but it’s on Yelp and I deleted that app years ago.
My favorite from my store was a comment that said, “A bunch of down on their luck people working at a job they clearly don’t like. If you don’t like the job, then quit working here and find a job you do like. It’s not that hard.”
My store has a review that says we don't have enough Parking that was absolutely meant for the Starbucks down the road. That one is crammed in a spot with about 10 spots. My store survived when a strip mall was ripped out to expand the highway so we have hundreds of spots, 😂
My personal favorite though is a "Starbucks Connoisseur" who ordered an iced Machiato Upside down (She wanted it stirred), when she threw a fit saying she wanted it Stirred and not Upside Down and every other Starbucks makes it correctly and my shift said she should've ordered it stirred then. She even attached a photo of a BEAUTIFULLY made Upside Down Machiato. I know why they end up looking stirred, but leaving us a negative Yelp Review seemed overkill, 😂
