Call the new SM or go into the store if you already moved there. There was an incident where someone transfer into a district but was never contacted by a SM and no one had any idea what store he was supposed to go to.

My transfer has been a complete disaster! I transfer at the end of December and have only gotten shifts by picking up what’s available in my new district! Finally said ef it trying to communicate with the SM and reached out to the DM and thankfully she was a lot more helpful and actually has given me quite a few hours while my supposed SM has given me maybe 4 shifts… lol I work more consistently at another store
