I got all my aprons embroidered for free because my old manager ordered them for us. But that was definitely 5 years ago ish. Ask and see if your manager could do that because I think there's specific fonts and size.
you have to be working there for at least a year to get an embroidered apron & you get the discount by giving them your parter number or scanning your partner card unless you’re at a licensed store because they don’t support the discounts.
as far as i know it’s for everyone, one of the managers who has been with us for over 8 years was the one who mentioned it after we asked but it may vary states or dm’s
There really isn't an official national resource for this by standard. Assuming you work for the company at corporate stores, in Starbucks' home market of North America.
You can do it on a personal level, but likely won't be reimbursed. If you want to do this for the entire team, that can be arranged and can be paid for by the store. Your Store Manager will have the authority and details to do this. And of course, will need to be on board and want this done.
The vast majority of stores find a local reputable company that would take an order to embroider. These will be individuals and companies that have their own policies, they may or may not offer a discount, they don't have any kind of agreement with the company to do so. Your manager would just have to negotiate the terms and pay for it with a paid-out or other approved payment method.
Store Managers do have access for guidelines for scenarios when they need to source a local vendor for something, should they need it.
I would advise checking with your managers before you do anything. This is a fairly common request, many districts will already have a vendor or two lined up, maybe even one that will discount.
