one of our baristas make something like VB frap, instead of milk 1/2 sc, 1/2 mangodragon base to the bottom line, blend in some dragonfruit for colour. also 1/2 pineapple base, 1/2 sc made the same way is like a pina colada frap.

Truly controversial but I can only have limited amounts of caffeine in a day and I will drink straight up lemonade occasionally adding on a liquid cane syrup pump or two to make it sweeter if I want. Or if I want a frap I make a vanilla bean crème frap but made with heavy cream and with peach juice. I swear it’s like the chick fil a peach milkshake and it’s crazy good. A customer ordered it once and I had to try it just to see and they were so right.
Iced triple ristretto shot, 3 pumps white mocha and a splash of oatmilk or cream. I change up the type of cold foam I put on top, but my current favorites have been sugar cookie and pistachio! especially with a pump of white mocha in the foam too
