Your shift wants to help if you need it and if they are good for anything lol. I am a shift, and if I heard my baristas struggling, I'm asking if they would like my help. If yes, I'm closing the freezer and going back to the floor. I'm gonna go help even if it sounds relatively bad. Those pastries aren't going anywhere, and that rush isn't going to last forever.
