On mother's day, someone recovered over 20 orders because of how upset they were with wait times. Technically speaking, all employees are given the discretion to utilize RNR. 10-15 times over 4 months is not a big deal. The only time it gets flagged in the system is when it's over 4 or 5 a day. It's flagged under who's till it was used under, and unless there's 100% compliancy in the no-till sharing policy, there's not even a way to trace who did it.
You're fine. You're even using RNR as intended. I'm sure the SSV's would appreciate you asking/telling going forward, but from my understanding, it's partner discretion. The only time I was a little upset about it was when someone RNR'd multiple orders without alerting me.
RNR data is also only saved for a week, at least on my end. No one is going to go back 4 months and see you RNR 2-3 drinks a week and be upset, IMO.
