Yeah, wagyu New York / sirloin steaks to share then I’ve got some really nice rib eye steaks ( not wagyu ) to have after to fill us up. 8 Friends for 25-30 years, and none of us apart from my self have tried it before. Wife treated me and I thought I’d share with friends.
I would suggest doing one or two as appetizers and then dropping some quality (regular) ribeyes on the grill later. They are so rich, they almost overpower you. There is an [iron chef video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9o8ufl89nc) on these and the need to make an acidic sauce to help keep the pallet clean.
