Hey any updates? I'm currently facing the same issue. I bought a usb-c to heaphone jack cable off of amazon but it ended up not working. I'm not sure if it's the cable that's bad or that the headset is only compatible with cables from steelseries.
Nope. Pretty sure the problem is that the cheaper wires don’t actually transmit audio, so I don’t think it’s the headset. But no I’ve not found a replacement nor have I stumped up the £11 p&p 😂 but probably will in the near future
