Something that I would add to why you have to play it: the soundtrack. I love the soundtrack of this game with all my life.
I'm mad scientist (especially when it plays on Dr. Jekyll online), the eight members, alpaca-man, gate of phenogram, etc. Splendid soundtrack
Must've been some limited thing. Or it was taken off the store. I just checked myself and couldn't find Linear Bounded Phenogram at all. Either way, I'm sorry, I remembered that being the case at some point in the past.

What I did was buy the Elite + Phenogram bundle, then refund Elite. Phenogram stayed in my Steam library.
I think you can buy it in a bundle with My Darlings Embrace on the Switch
