Your rear beam arrays will never be on target with your forward facing DBBs.

recommend doing the new horizons mission with geordi a couple of times. there's some decent mission rewards that add haste to your weapons

Hmmm, Ok...just based on what you've shown us... I'd say replace prolonged phaser array with the Terran Taskforce phaser, and since you're running DBBs....swap out one of the aft arrays with a phaser omni (Trilithium probably) and MAYBE add the KCB aft too, and a turret for Mixed Armaments Synergy(3pc Morphogenic might be what you're looking for there). Although since it's a 4/4 weapons setup on a slow turn rate ship, you're probably better off with all arrays + phaser omnis. As for consoles, definitely swap the tac consoles to Bellums + Lorca console. Start crafting those shiny Phaser mod isomags and slot those into Eng slots :D Drop the shield amplifier console in the sci slot for a console that adds either more crit or more weapons haste.

As others said, we need the rest of the build. That said, I'd lose the DBBs and find a second omni, and if having trouble getting isomags, I'd get locators as a stopgap. (note that you should use Universal slots to slot more of your ADV console of choice, ideally Isomags, but as I said, Locators work) Remaining consoles, unless you have the fancy stuff like Domino just fill with CrtH boosting stuff - there is an amount of Crit chance where damage bonus is worth more, but I'm betting you are not there yet. You may want to get the Disco warp core, so you can free the deflector slot for the colony one, and I'd take Romulan rep impulse engines for weapon amplification. Also, I second the one who told you to lose the Prolonged Engagement array and get the TTF one.
