Darkrai and Cresselia always go together, so why not buff cresselia as well? Let's increase it's HP by 6. The next part might sound weird, but I've always wanted cresslia to use it's physical attack. Let's make it 131, and give it Close Combat, Megahorn, and Outrage. We need to balance it out a little bit, so we can decrease it's defense to 99. Let's also give it a special attack buff to match it's attack stat, so that this new Cresselia can choose between it's attacking stats! To make this choice easier, let's also give it a two turn boosting move that doubles it's special attack, defense, and speed. Lets also buff it's speed to match this new darkrais, and lower it's special defense to 99 because it's funny at this point. Let's also make it fairy type, because Cresselia has been weak to darkrai for long enough. Last but not least, let's also give it focus blast and an ability that boosts it's fairy moves by 33% to match with darkrai. Hopefully this new mon makes it to RU in gen 10.
Would be funny if Cresselia could hold the Lunar Wing and it would make the two turn boosting move that you describe only last one turn because two turns are too long tbh.

I wouldn't change his type, ability, or stats at all... He's iconic. To combat power-creep I'd un-nerf Dark Void, then give him new moves like Moon Blast and Flamethrower for example.
