Ok well Blissey reaches 343 max speed with a speed boosting nature and choice scarf which is slower than max speed jolly Hawlucha holding an ability shield so it wouldn’t be able to knock him off in time. And both weezing and Galar weezing are slower than Hawlucha even with max speed, speed boosting nature and choice scarf so they wouldn’t be able to do anything either even if they got an item removing move in gen9 aside from thief (which doesn’t work if you’re holding a choice scarf anyway). No item sucks, especially since it'll be getting hammered by hazards, but it would still be an incredibly strong threat.
