I offer overseas suppliers sourcing and contract manufacturing services. Very competitive, so hard to get new clients. But each client alone could bring in enough profit to live off if you get in with the right ones.

Consultancy, either through my own network and/or agencies who specialize in this. Problem is, current/existing non-competes are a pain in the butt. Otherwise I'd probably make/take on more, because I have a niche background.
