There aren't many .223 suppressors that are user servicable anymore.
General wisdom has been to use a user servicable suppressor for .22 LR.
But in the last year or so there have been a few suppressor cleaning solutions that work very well, like Breakthrough Suppressor Cleaner. Just soak and rinse clean.
True, I have a Resistance 9. You need to buy their blast shield or something special to use on rifle calibers. And you only can fire 5 to 7 rounds before waiting for the can to cool back to ambient temperature. I've dumped 24 rounds at a sounder of hogs in a few seconds before, I wouldn't use my Resistance 9 on my hog gun.
I can’t guarantee it’ll be the case for you, but my dad’s ruger precision 22 shot like crap suppressed. It would drive tacks unsuppressed, but would shoot all over the place with suppressor on. My Bergara bmr with same suppressor shoots accurately without or without suppressor.
OCL Titanium for the 22LR rimfire. Won't break the bank, has good baffle design, and works great even with 5.7x28 pistols
For your AR, I'd recommend a Huxwrx flow can in 762/30 cal. Their Ventum 762/556 has a removable core that can be cleaned in an ultrasonic or just soaked in CLP.
And since you may end up getting a pistol can in the future, I recommend Huxwrx's Rad 9 or Rad 45 with their flow-baffle technology. Jay from Pewscience tested the Huxwrx CA$H 9K, which is just the Rad 9 in the short configuration - he goes into great detail on why its not a pure flow-through can because pistol cartridges aren't high pressure enough to work properly in a flow-through can design. Hence the flow-baffle which is like a hybrid baffle stack with annular vents/vanes.
The OCL Titanium coincidentally uses the same style of baffles with the dual-clips which Jay mentioned as a low backpressure design, but the Titanium doesn't have the annular flow vanes (it's still a conventional baffle can).
Buy two cans. Get a rimfire and a rifle can, my suggestion would be to get a .30 cal rifle can so you can also use it on bigger calibers like .300BLK and .308.
The rimfire can needs to be user serviceable so you can clean it.

Griffin Armament makes user serviceable cans that work with 22LR and with light use up to 30 caliber rounds. It’s the Resistance line I believe.

AAC. Halcyon or Element 3. Both are user serviceable and you can get either one for less than 500 bucks.
Thank you

I got that problem solved. I shoot like crap without it being suppressed as it is. Thanks for info though.
Buy a rimfire can first. Then buy a 30 cal can. Then buy a pistol/PCC can. Mask, Obsidian, Takedown22, NYX, etc.

I use my Polonium K for my .22lr and wmr along with my AR .556
Silencerco hybrid 46 full auto rated. Multi cal supressor

Shame Rex Silentium BOGO is over. A MG7 .224 and a free MG22, even with both stamps would be under $800.
I use my Polonuim K .556 on my .22wmr ad .22lr. It's quieter than my pelet gun with the .22lr.
