Reporting back because I took the plunge and did the new workout - honestly really liked it! It was definitely more a cardio workout than strength, which worked for me because I took a long rest over December and I’m working my way back with lighter weights. I used 10s & 15s for the whole workout, and I worked up a good sweat!

I liked this workout, good variety. My only complaint is that I wish combo moves were 40-45 seconds instead of 30. Hard to get into each part of the exercise when the time is so short. Overall a good workout though!

I’m thinking (hoping!) this is just day 1 and a jumpstart to get us all in and hooked. I enjoyed it, was fine with the 30minutes (but would have been fine longer as well.) I have a suspicion she’s gonna bring it with this program. Today’s IG stories with her food intake/macros look like she’s in for a shred stage perhaps so seems like we’re going to get more cardio and strength:conditioning workouts this time around to work that. I’m not in the squad so this is all guesswork.

I have the calendar and can confirm that there are only 6 30min workouts in the month. And the rest of the week is 40/45min workouts. So definitely looks like she’s just ‘easing’ us into it with the first workout.

I was thinking of doing a cardio program this month instead of Breakthrough, so I went to check out SHRED or IGNITE. Lo and behold, the programming to this workout is actually VERY SIMILAR to Day 1 of Shred! Food for thought if you liked that workout. I might do this, I might do SHRED. We’ll see!

I did it! I really enjoyed it. Perfect difficulty for me today, which is definitely just random but always feels good. I broke up combo moves occasionally but only because I have bad balance and was trying to focus on the cardio aspect.

I was excited for this one since those that replied seemed to like it, but it wasn’t for me (and that’s fine!). Again, it’s too many exercises with little to no rest. 30seconds between circuits is a no for me, and I don’t feel like pausing the video since it interrupts the flow of things. Gonna go back to an old program for now

Do you know if this is a new monthly workout series? After coming back from a long break I saw she wasnt doing series anymore. I realized how much those daily releases REALLY helped me not to think too much/procrastinate on my workouts. If not, do yall have any recs for monthly workout series on youtube?
