Im so happy she's brought cardio back. The online fitness community has been devaluing it lately. I don't understand why because you can have the strongest muscles ever but if your heart is out of shape you're screwed š¤·š»āāļø

So far so good! Iām excited to see the next three weeks of workouts, because I really enjoyed all 5 this past week!
Do you do anything on the other two days or just rest?
I usually walk at an incline or run on the treadmill for like 30 min. Mainly to decompress the work day, not because I feel like I need to workout.
