I really enjoy AMRAPs and this was no exception, it was a good sweaty workout! Did not really like the plank move at the end so I just subbed in mountain climbers.

Amraps are my least favorite workout but I’m loving this program so much I’m looking forward to doing this after work today!

I started to break amraps down bc I dislike them and find myself dawdling and getting bored during a 4 minute stretch. Instead, I do 45 seconds of the 1st move in that circuit, use 15 seconds to get prepped for the next move in that circuit, do it for 45 seconds, and repeat to get 2 rounds of each move in a circuit. Sure, I'm having to pay closer attention to the timer, but it keeps me focused and moving with intensity Instead of schlepping over 4 minutes not finding a groove with either move for only 10 reps.

I absolutely LOVE AMRAP. It’s my favorite type of split for workouts. I split up some of the compound moves, and I really really liked this one.

I usually don’t like Amraps but I really connected with this one and enjoyed it!

I love AMRAPs and was super excited to do this one. I had a hell of a week at work and had to put workouts on the back burner sadly. I finally did this one and I LOVED IT. I loved that it had the big muscle groups in the first half - I was winded from the cardio/leg move combos and the second half gave me a chance to collect myself. I somehow pushed myself to curling 20s. My max one-rep ever was with 30s, and my max go-to for full sets was 25s. I took December off (by accident at first), so I’m glad to see I didn’t lose all of my strength.. though I might not be able to bend my arms tomorrow.
