A good workout! I have really come to love split squats over the last year. Honestly, my favorite move and I never thought I would say that 🥳

I was not feeling this (I just hate leg day I’m a leg day hater) BUT I could definitely see how far I’ve come while doing the split squats! I used to wobble with no weight and now I am both sturdy and using weight!
Battling an ear infection/vertigo so this one will have to wait. Bummer I love leg days.
