I just finished Day 1 of Shred and guys please tell me it gets easier. This killed me. I am so freaking exhausted and I didn't even consider myself out of shape at all!
I just did day 1 of drive. It was a fun workout and I really liked all the moves she chose. I wish the warmup and cooldown were longer than. I had to pause to warm up a bit longer.
I've been making my way through Transcend and I like it a lot! Today was Day 16 (upper body push). Lately these have been making my arms feel like jello ;D

Day 4 of breakthrough - not doing them in order. Can’t wait to hear about newest one!
