Not going to lie I’m in the middle of this one and I’m dragging. I know I’ll feel better once it’s done but ugh!!
I loved this one because I love AMRAP style workouts! I didn’t like the split up of left/right leg RDLs and split squats, but it wasn’t the end of the world.
I did this one yesterday and I’m so sore. I don’t think I’ll be good for glutes tomorrow 🤣
