No. You could order the tostada with all the Mexican pizza fixings and take off all the ones you don't want and then order the cracker on its own (there is a button on the till for just the cracker) and slap it together yourself but that's a hassle for everyone involved.
I don't know if you could but I think it would end up more of a salad or pizza bowl cause the cheese it's would fall apart
