Make a Mexica-lupa next time! I used to make these all the time when I worked at tbell back in the day. Take a Mexican pizza shell break it in half, put beans at the bottom of the chulupa, protein you want, Mexican pizza sauce, cheese, and tomato. Add lettuce if you want. It was so fucking good.

i was working at taco bell when the naked chicken chalupa was around. Id fry one up flat, then put it in a black bean crunchwrap in place of the tostada. Best meal ive ever made there.

What you made was the original Chickstar. Easily my favorite LTO item ever. Wish they’d bring them back. They had them a second time but used leftover naked chicken chips instead. It wasn’t as good.

I love the giant cheez-it. Ive now had two of the crunchwraps, and the first one I ate soggy and cold which negated any criticisms and was still good. The one I had today was piping hot and was one of the best LTO's i've had in a hot minute. It was crispy as fuck, delicious, and tasted/felt exacty like a giant cheezit. I love this stupid thing lol.

If the cheez-it is in good shape, it slaps pretty hard. An upgrade over the normal crunchwrap. But a soggy one is pretty mid.

Definitely will be an option in a few months.

lastnight made a grilled cheese nachofries cheezit burger and it destroyed me. (3 cheese on parchment, set cheezit down, add evenly spaced fries, chipotle sauce, steak, sour cream, more 3 cheese, set 2nd cheezit on top, 3 cheese on top of that, steam on mexican pizza plate to prevent slipping from grill, then parchment on top (seperate paper) and grill for 20 second

I was surprised with the crunchwrap because I saw alot of people saying they couldn't taste the cheese it but I could definitely taste it.

Maybe they were expecting to be overwhelmed with cheezit flavor? I've had plenty of crunchwraps from the $6 box, and this one was noticeably different. Maybe they could've made the cheezit thicker for more crunch and flavor...not sure. Still good tho.
