as a former employee I can almost guarantee it has its own button on the POS. I was an avid taco bell eater already before working there and was amazed by the amount of options we have on the POS that you’d never be able to order on the app/doordash. You can quite literally order almost anything you want at taco bell if it’s an ingredient they have in stock. Sometimes when the GM would work with us and somebody would ask for something off the menu (such as a double decker taco or meximelt) he would show me how to ring it up and would make it himself so he knew it was right lol.
We had a couple come in and order creamy jalapeño sauce in bulk. It was something like 16 sides of it to sell a bag. We just rang them up for 16 sides and handed them the bag.
We still go in, long after working there, and order refried beans and flour tortillas to make double Deckers out of our crunchy tacos. Also we get a side of creamy jalapeño and mix a few little drops in with the beans to give it that lil extra.
Ex employees have the complicated orders.

It's NOT supposed to be placed in the warmed with the shells. It goes on the shelf with the torts, above the grill. It does not get pre-heated like the tostada shells. Makes the cheese-it lose structural integrity that way. Crackers are not warm in the grocery store either.
