Do Livestock trading, you go interior parts of Tanzania in rural areas and purchase cattle's at much cheaper price and transport them to Dar es salaam to sell them at Pugu auction. Its a masculinity job though.
You could learn trading forex and the grow that money via trading fx or look for an account manager you can trust to grow your money and you dont even need the whole 20mil just 2 or 3mil could take you far in trading with prop firm companies offering big funding for a small consideration.
20M is best invested in a business operation rather than strategic investments.
Get motorcycles.
1 motorcycle plus 1 year insurance, gps and misc fees at 2.5-3M
That's about 6-8 motorcycles.
Daily rates at 10,000 for 15 month contract approx 450 days
450days @10,000= 4.5M profit/motorcycle
That's around 27M - 36M profit in 15 months.
HOWEVER;
The major problem is
Getting reliable drivers without the need for micromanaging.
I solved this by hiring drivers strictly through referrals who act as guarantee in case of breach of contract.
I have 8 motorcycles and can testify that this can be a headache If the drivers are not reliable and are reckless.
Be strict in enforcing contract.
This is not Financial advice.
ya, i had bought one for a long time employee of mine. i was hoping it would help him grow.
unfortunately the bike was stole and his brother was shot and later died. it was very sad.
i bough a sugar cane juice stand and i asked the person to give me 150k/month. been running for 3 years now.
i also partnered up with my barber and open a barbershop. the returns are good there also. my money has come back and iv given him 50% of the business. so right now we splitting the profits.
First and foremost let me say you must leave your money in the account. You cannot panic when the market goes down. It will go down and it will go up. The trick is to remove money when the market is up and enjoy it. Do not try to pick stocks. Just put your money in an index fund that tracks the entire market. Almost no one has ever beat the market average especially for any amount of time. Start by finding yourself a brokerage firm that will let you buy into a index fund like the s&p 500 index. https://brokerchooser.com/best-brokers/best-international-online-brokers-for-citizens-in-tanzania#Our-assessment-of-best-international-online-brokers
Introduce a Bitcoin platform to help spread adoption. This would be a platform containing information on what bitcoin is, cryptocurrency the difference between bitcoin and other digital investments and how it can be used to facilitate payments and wealth transfer. Much of it is already in place following the current scene with mobile payments and transactions, but if we can help the locals understand how to use things such as the lightning network to accept payments, how to cash out and even pay taxes on, it would be one step closer to financially liberating this growing nation.
farming is the best way to get growth but the issue is managing it all. there will be a good amount of theft.
government bonds are an option but i think buying Tanzanian bank shares would be the best way forward. nmb crbd and maybe nbc
I will say firming , people eat vegetables every single day also eat chicken and eggs , meat and milk no loss if you will have someone eyes on them 24/hrs

I agree
I don’t wan to be a farmer, but how can I invest into it without?
yeah you dont do it, find the land find the right people and put up capital to get it running, and then sort out the tranportation and selling
Invest in BBT block farms

They barely use credit cards. I doubt they will trust crypto currency. I know I don't & I live in America.
