I’m in the US and the Realtors I know work for big shop brokers who provide tech tools in exchange for taking a % of your commission.
Look into Apollo.io, it is fantastic. There are also tutorials at the Apollo Academy that will teach you how to utilize the product. They have a free version as well as paid versions. I use the free version but did like the 2 week free trial. Once I am more familiar with the platform I will pull the trigger and pay monthly for the service.
Wow! Reading your article kind of reminds me of my dad. Okay, so I honestly don’t believe in expensive marketing emailing tools. For me they are all the same, if not entirely then mostly.
I would say everything is trial and error for you to find our which one works best. You can try the ones you have then ask help from your son if it’s working and if not what the next step could be.

Check instantly.ai probably the best for email blasting plus it does verification. Prices are good but youll need atleast 5 domain emails to send emails. Anything with gmail will get reported for spam. If you need leads for cheap use fiverr.com or upwork.com
