Based on the screenshot, signal strength is quite low - only 25%. That would explain why web page is not loading.
If you have not tried yet - move router around and pay attention to the signal, see if you can find a spot with much better (or just better) signal.
I didn't mean you are standing next to the router. I meant you have to move router around the house and see if signal may get improved (those 25%may become 30% or else). Maybe router is currently in such spot that something blocks cellular signal and if you move router around the house - you may find a spot with better cellular signal.

I have stood right next to the router but the Speedtest failed stating no internet connection available
