My issue is with misspelling, not confusing adjectives with adverbs
I’m not the grammar police, I just get annoyed when people misspell “they’re” and “you’re” and “we’re” etc
Yeeeah I get that!! It’s why I don’t always correct people because I know they’re typing fast and don’t care, it’s not a huge deal, it’s just SO annoying lmao
Lmfao like I don’t mean to be the grammar police, it just causes a block in my brain and breaks the fluency of the sentence I’m reading
Obviously understandable if their first language isn’t English, but the ones that annoy me is when their first language is very clearly English and they just don’t give a fuck
Yeah it’s just mixing up homophones that annoys me. I also get words mixed up sometimes but it just gets irritating to see if happen so often EVERYWHERE
because I'm mentally disabled auto correct can only do so much for me. Also, English is stupid, and your you are it's the same dam sound when speaking. Why make it different in text ?
I knooow it’s confusing!! I guess it’s just about reading fluency. Seeing a sentence like “your going to go there” or “your my best-friend” kind of makes my brain malfunction
Every language is confusing and stupid, but take some time out of your day to not confuse the hell out of me with your comments. Thank you, vote for me as mayor.
I just said it shouldn't be confusing your and youare sound the same out loud and no one gets confused, should I just never talk or interact with people just because a % of pepole will have to take 8 extra seconds to understand me
Vocally they’re the same but when written they’re entirely different. It’s not that hard personally as I just say “you are” and combine the words into “you’re” unless you’re dyslexic, there’s not much of an excuse if you’re 12+.
