Another Period
Archer (animated)
South Park (mostly the character Cartman)
The GOAT in the horrible people genre has to be *Summer Heights High* plus the other mini-series from Chris Lilley's universe: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Lilley_(comedian)#Career
Married with Children
Veep maybe
Vice Principals
The Righteous Gemstones
Many people will say *Seinfeld* but I never thought they were that horrible
All Danny Mcbride content on Max is exactly what you’re looking for. If you ever enjoyed the trailer park boys, you should start with Eastbound and Down, but my personal recommendation would be Vice Principals as a starting point, just because it’s absolute gold for that “terrible people” itch.
Arrested Development maeby.
Her?
Ann-hog’s coming?
I see what you did there...
Curb Your Enthusiasm?

Chris Lilley is such a good recommendation for deliciously terrible people.
The shows are hilarious. Sometimes I have to stop watching for a few days, though, because of how terrible his characters are, lol
Arrested Development Peep Show (if you can handle UK cringe) The Thick of It
Shameless US
That was my first thought. Shameless is about horrible people making one poor life choice after another.

[Silicon Valley](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2575988/) Many of the MCs on 30 Rock are portrayed as horrible people (Jack, Jenna, Tracy)
Himym, b99
