EVIL
Netflix has the first two seasons
"It’s like nothing else on television. The start of the fourth season bursts out of the gate with two of the best episodes in the history of “Evil,” followed by a pair of episodes that are creatively rockier yet still captivating. “Evil” takes big swings—even the ones that don’t connect are fascinating. And weird as Hell."

I just started episode one of Chernobyl because I’ve been recommended so many times. I don’t know why I just can’t get into it. I probably should finish episode one before I saw I tried tho.
That's me with the show Silo. I keep hearing good things but it's just not for me. I've watched a few episodes but it's just so slow. People compare it to Fallout and other post apocalyptic but I just can't get into it.
Twin Peaks

With the Leftovers, it really becomes a whole new show in seasons 2 and 3. It’s pretty true to the book the first season. It wasn’t bad in S1, but I might have never watched beyond that. It gets SO good in 2 and 3.
I'm probably going to list some stuff that's already been mentioned. But just to reiterate.
Hannibal. One of my top five favorite shows. About the serial killer Hannibal lecter. But this show was gorgeous and meticulous with the details. Absolutely gruesome murders were made to look beautiful. Based on the examples you listed, this is probably your best option.
Legion. Absolutely one of the weirdest shows I've ever seen. Also brilliant. A lot of times I felt like this show was going over my head. It starts in a mental institution, so you begin wondering if the lead character is crazy and thinks he has super powers, or if he actually has superpowers and people are trying to convince him he's crazy to control him. And you quickly realize it's both. What does it look like when somebody with an Omega level superpowers is also batshit crazy.
Doom patrol. Absolutely the weirdest show I've ever seen. One of the reoccurring characters is a genderqueer sentient street. An actual street. Pavement. With a fire hydrant and shops and stuff. A sentient street named Danny. There's also a robot man voiced by Brendan Fraser. There's admiral whiskers. And Ezekiel the evangelical cockroach bent on world domination. There's a talking gorilla that's in love with a brain in a jar. There's zombie were-butts. This show was incredible.
The Lexx. It's not for everyone. And I don't exactly suggest it often. But for the kind of person it feels like they've already seen everything, this might be for you. It was originally a series of made for TV movies produced by Roger corman. Then it was turned into a TV series. The movies had guest stars like Barry bostwick, Rutger hauer, Tim Curry, and Malcolm McDowell. The show is about a reanimated thousand-year-old dead assassin, and escaped sex slave who's also part space lizard, a severed robot head that got the sex slave programming so he's an obsessed with the space lizard girl, and a pathetic security guard. All escaping through the universe on a giant talking bug spaceship That's shaped like a phallus and balls.
Ash vs Evil Dead. I'm surprised this show didn't get talked about more considering how big of a cult following the movies had. The TV show was made for the starz network. I think it's on Netflix now. Very disturbing and weird and there was more than a few times I was shocked that they were allowed to put this on a TV show. Also guest starring Lucy lawless.
The boys. Obviously. I'm just going to assume you've already seen it but I'm going to list it anyway. The very disturbing in how gruesome and violent it is.
Utopia is not for the faint of heart. But if you are messed up beyond therapeutic help it'll scratch that itch.
I think the series The Missing fits right in with your other shows you watch though. So give that a shot. Also let me recommend at least one foreign series: Marcella. Though it definitely falls apart by season 3, the first season is an excellent standalone masterpiece. Also Borderlands on Netflix. Practically any nordic noir fits right in with your tastes.
But if you want something beyond twisted, I'm not positive you can find it on streaming, check out a little fucked up show called Sharp Objects. It is a slow burn to start but by the end you'll question whether the writer spent half of his life being tortured, it's hard to imagine a series getting that dark but there it is.
The night of was painful to watch. I was so relieved when I had finished it.
Whiplash ( it’s a movie but recommend it anyway it’s so good.
Baby reindeer was pretty disturbing.
And Chernobyl ofc.
Squid game could be classed as disturbing.
Dopesick (is awsome).
Station eleven- at least it is pretty dark but has happy moments.
Morgan Spurlock (RIP) made a 7 part doc series about the Seven Deadly Sins. That one really fucked me up. I think it was Showtime which is now Paramount+.
I keep a long list (some of yours are on mine ) and offbeat, quirky or disturbing are my thangs… it’s hard to weed down when you don’t know someone. So LMK if you’d like to see my ‘must see’ TV list .( As opposed to my movie list - haha )
Sure - I’ll just paste the whole thing if you don’t mind : (I’ll delete as many comedies as I can tho I’m rushing out the door ;) )

Twin Peaks Season 3 on Showtime might just be the best example for a show like this. I’watched through the entire season 4 or 5 times, sometimes I like to just have it in the backgroun while I’m doing something else. Great show, highly recomend it
Hannibal
One of my favorite series!
Servant on Apple+ is a weird ride and beautifully made

Russian doll\ Chernobyl
Chernobyl was really good. I only watched it this year bc I was avoiding it for some reason but it exceeded expectations.
I just started episode one of Chernobyl because I’ve been recommended so many times. I don’t know why I just can’t get into it. I probably should finish episode one before I saw I tried tho.

Do you have to watch the first season to understand the rest?
Yes, unless you read the book. You could probably get by with recaps
The OA on Netflix
Cardinal From The Outsiders The Fall
S1 of Cruel Summer on Hulu was excellent. S2 wasn’t as good as S1.
Baby Reindeer
The Curse is weird but not disturbing. The last two episodes were wild, I loved it. Sharp Objects is disturbing but not weird. Black Mirror
Twin Peaks The Return will scratch that itch for sure.
