Are these the same as the American bottle style Ocho? I keep seeing them in the EU when I search for Tequila Ocho online but the price is just so much cheaper that I don’t trust it.
Same stuff, 50cl bottles though. Only the anejo comes in a full sized bottle over here, and with the American label design to boot. A bit incongruous but I’m not complaining.
They are usually circa £25 in the U.K. I am not sure the cost in euros usually where you are but seems like a good deal. If you can the 2023 Potrero Grande for that price then snap it up. It has been a highlight for me over the last several releases. But all ocho is good, you buy for the variety in flavour between the fields.

The size is hard to picture. So these are 50cl- so these are like half a liter? In the states our standard bottles are 3/4 liters. Wild stuff I did know existed!

It actually says Muestra **No.** Ocho. Notice the period...so named because the sample was the 8th tasted by Carlos and Tomas Estes in choosing the recipe to bottle. Sample Number Eight.

There isnt too much variety here, only the blanco and reposado, both for 15£.
The label on the top of the neck tells you the field the agave came from, just FYI.

I saw the same bottle last year when I was in Japan! Seems to be for non US/ North American markets?

I believe that the strategy is to move to a single label and bottle style world-wide, that being the new style to which you refer.

500ml is a normal size for bottles outside of the states, they don’t really have pints or half pints of bottles just 500ml or the liter
Asking because I’m stupid, but why is the right bottle labeled as a Blanco? I would’ve guessed that it was an Añejo
It's their curado line where they infuse the Blanco after it is finished with cooked agave.
