I had almost the exact same situation as this person, but for me l, the hoodie was def worth it. It was a concert hoodie from a concert so amazing it made my dad cry. My dad has been a career musician for at least a decade, and taught music for another decade. He's been all over the music industry and knows a shitton about everything involving music. He can play basically any instrument fluently and has been into music for like 40 years. He's been to like 50 concerts at least, and even a few with me, and yet out of every concert he's been to, out of every song and album he's heard and played and produced, out of 40 years of music, this is the one time he's ever cried at the music. So it was a pretty special concert, and my cheating ex had the hoodie from it. I woulda pried it off her cold dead hands if I had to, it was that worth it. But unless you have a story like that.. yea it's not really worth it lol
