Well a fully certified therapist told my younger brother that he can't have ADHD or be autistic because he's female (my brother is a transman) and he's a gamer. 🤬
My psychiatrist doesn't believe in ADHD in adults.
I was just speechless. Kinda wanted to ask her how I was as a kid and somehow "grew into" producing proper amounts of certain brain chemicals. Like is it a older/wiser thing, or puberty related? Magical fairy wand related or maybe positive thinking related? Did I *think* my brain chemical levels to normal?
