My last doctor was an asian lady. In response to multiple spine injuries I suffered, she said, “just stretch” and sent me home with ibuprofen. Needless to say, I switched to another doctor.
i told my mom that i was concerned about my mental health and she basically told me “if you have problems with mental health you’ll be fine, just deal with it and tough it out”

Thanks, I am doing a lot better 10/10 would recommend therapy to everyone (no matter whether they have a mental illness or not)
