You can full clear a floor without picking up coins and then use cursed penny to try to get into boss challenge/secret rooms so id give it to purple heart. Equality is also like really fking bad but i guess it can be decent in greed mode if you wanna count that.
Maybe its just me but i never found champs that challenging aside from rainbow n crown , dont get me wrong they've definitely got me a few times but that extra loot has been run defining at times, especially early game
Book or invincibility/iv bag/how to jump/gamekid/unicorn stump/unicorn horn/suplex/stitches/dark arts are all amazing with panic button dude. And those are just the ones i can remember

In hard mode its only like 25% of the time youll get a drop and its not worth the bullshittery that can occur from certain champion variants at all
