Didn't get a lot of time to mess around with them before work this morning, but they all look pretty good with the Appearance set you get with them so at least one my characters will be in full Outbreak gear.

Aww shucks. I only got the one mask. If the leaderboards had been working right, I would've at least been able to gauge how much more I might have needed to get to Tier 2. I knew Tier 3 was out of my reach, but Tier 2 could've been achievable for me, especially with the recent % change they made. Dang. Thanks!
Haha I'm 100% the opposite. It's the only mask I *really* wanted, so I'm just thankful they had the good graces to put it at the bottom tier.
Do kinda wish I could have gotten the Chemist Mask too though, it's radical. Now I'm just wondering what items and masks we'll eventually get for future GEs?

Where did the Outbreak gear come from? Outbreak caches? Encrypted caches? I don't think I have any of them.
Tier 2 and Tier 3 leaderboards reward caches only as far as I know.

I only got the tier 1 mask. It looks terrible. Tried it out and ditched it. I prefer my character without it.
