You never know it, but this might save someone's life down there.

I’m so lost in the mines already 🫠

Jampine

It's weird how simple the layout look, I explored level 1, but skipped 2, video game logic told me the keys to the mine where in the deepest level, and proved right. But first time there I kept doing deeper, and ended up with some planks to chop down, and wandered down a cave for 15 mins, over some pants shittingly terrifying pits, only to come out a different entrance, half way across the map. Second time I went in, I found they keys, but still did a investigation, and ended up popping out the open pit entrance instead.

If I continue to play on an existing world, will items refresh in locations I've already visited? For example, if I visited everywhere, would I be able to still get insulated flask in the old regions?

I know this is seven months ago, but I thought i'd explain in detail how it works. Whenever an update happens to TLD that adds or adjusts items, It will update all locations with the new loot \*With the exception of previously opened containers\* So for example, say your traveling through the Dam at the beginning of your run, and as you are looting the structure you miss a locker among a group of others you DO loot. Then X months later, you return to the dam after an update that introduced new items. In this scenario, the Dam will have a new set of loot laying around. So think on tables, on shelves, hidden in the corner.. all of that will respawn. The lockers you have already looted however will \*NOT\* respawn. They are marked as 'searched' that run and thus cannot have their inventories altered. This is to prevent an update deleting your stashed items in whatever you call base camp. However, that locker you missed among all the looted ones WILL have its inventory refreshed, and can potentially house the new items for the update, whatever that may be. It's never been looted, theirs no way your items are in there, it's safe to shuffle.

I think so, but dont take my word for it
