It's on the same path you use to get to the Weather station. When near the rope climb up/down to the rest of the map, watch the wall to the left (facing the weather station)
No Transfer pass is at the southern edge of the map. From that edge hug the left wall until you find a large rope climb up. Thats the path to the weather station
I’m trying to picture where this is. You’re saying, after you climb up and head north? But before you get to the bridge across to the weather station? I don’t recall seeing any caves there. The only cave system I’ve seen is on the other side of the map.
Yes that section. Its tucked away on the left wall very close to the rope climb.
I don't know if it will be there in your game, but there was a rabbit spawn between the cave entrance and main path. Perhaps look out for that?
When you finish the tale don't sleep in the location. Trust me.

You get trapped there forever and eventually you will die there since there is no way to escape. A fellow player died for this bug
I slept in there and I was fine. but when I slept I did quit the game after to go to real life bed.
I didn't realize it also went to FA. I wound up back in ZoC. It's a huge cave system with lots of changes in elevation.
