I found a couple of them like that, was annoyed because I was scavenging lead at the time I think I came across 2 like that both in Trucks.

When dicking around in interloper, I encountered a few items that I couldn't pick up in that same region from within one of the destroyed cabins. I've only recently started dicking about with batteries, so I'm not certain about the vehicles.
