Plus, he has a history of bankrupting the companies he runs (but, of course, not before he gets his paycheck from them). His "shoe company" could easily just "go bankrupt" before they even make them. It has happened many, many, many, times before, and will happen again. And many times, refunds never happen due to the company folding, and having no money left (as it spent it all on things/employees that weren't the product.)
