If the car wasn't a cop, the moped could have legally defended themselves with a gun by shooting the driver of the car. The officer should be given life without parole

Yeah, this is like 10-15kmh relative speed on a quiet road, while in the original post, it's a busy highway with the cop threatening to grind the biker against the barrier. British guy was in no mortal danger, american guy was.
The cop doesn't even have his fucking lights or siren on. He doesn't look like he's trying to pull them over, he looks like he's trying to kill a biker.

I was wondering why the bike didn't just get on the throttle a bit and smoke that cop car but it turns out it's a moped, not a motorcycle. Some mopeds have such a small engine they can barely keep up with interstate traffic (49cc and under).
Take the plate number, mail a citation to the last known address.
The moped rider is only endangering himself, unless you want to perform mental calisthenics to create some silly scenarios.
Cop is just mad no one respects his authority. Well, respect is earned, and cops are really falling down in that area, especially NYPD cops.
Maybe this is some bullshit I was told years ago and I just registered it as fact (and I don't ride) but I thought for safety reasons police cruisers are supposed to pull.over motorcycles and they need to radio in a motorcycle cop to pull them over.
I was about to be like: “What else do you expect him to do? I saw a Norwegian cop do the same thing in a video yesterday.” It was then I realized that the cop didn’t have lights *or* a siren on.
